Net 30 days are granted to accounts that have been approved after submitting our credit application. All terms are F.O.B Northvale, N.J. Common carrier and express service is available upon request. Late payment will result in delay of future orders, and a service charge of 1.25% per month will be assessed.
Before returning any merchandise, you must receive an authorization from our customer service department. Defective items must be clearly marked as to the nature of the defect. Please take special care to pack return items to ensure that no damage will occur in shipping. Nondefective merchandise will not be accepted. In the event an order must be cancelled, an authorization must be obtained form customer service. Orders can mot be cancelled within three weeks of the requested ship dates.
A 15% restocking fee, as well as freight charges incurred will be charged on refused or returned merchandise. Items that are specially ordered, modified, or fabricated to special requirements can not be returned. Freight charges for orders returned without authorization are the responsibility of the customer.
To cancel an order, call our customer service department to obtain a cancellation number. Refused orders which have not been assigned a cancellation number will be subject to restocking fee as well as freight charges incurred. Custom orders or products, which are customized in anyway may not be canceled.
Once a tape preparation is requested, any cancellation prior to production will incur a tape charge.
